About Fields:

  • Content is categorized according to Fields
  • You set them up during POT creation and can be modified
  • They are included automatically on each new CARd

 

Only named Fields are actually displayed on the CARd. It means that you will use as many Fields as many you name.

 

You can use up to 8 Fields.

All named Fields are displayed in the CARd.




Only the first 4 Fields are diplayed in the preview CARd ("train" view).



 

Field Title: is the name of the Field that is repeated on each CARd. Maximum 15 characters

 

Field Description: is the data you input any time you create a new CARd. Maximum 30 characters.

 

If you want to change the Title of the Fields.

  1. open one of the CARds: the menu will appear when you place the pointer of the mouse on the CARd or touch it



  2. click on Edit Fields


  3. Edit any of the Fields
  4. Save

Alert - changes will affect all the CARds of this POT. If you add or delete a Field it will be added or deleted from all the CARds of the POT. If you delete a Field you will delete also all the related descriptions from all the CARds of the POT.


You cannot change the order of the Fields.


If you want to change the Description of the Fields:

  1. open the CARd
  2. click on Edit CARd
  3. Edit descriptions
  4. Save
