All your POTs can accept Comments. You may allow them.
Comments can be posted only by registered users.
In order to Allow Comments please select this option while you are creating or editing the POT.
You choice is reversibile: if you decide not to allow Comments anymore they will be freezed and will not be displayed.
In case you Allow them again all old Comments will be visible again and users will be allowed to add new Comments.
