We try hard to help you. Sometimes it might happen that we take certain information for granted. Therefore we invite you to help us to help you. If something is missing or if an help resource is incomplete or inaccurate, please let us know and, if you like, submit your amendments.

They are included in almost all the relevant actions in PicOnTrain. You can usually find them at the right side of the page or under the content.

If you need additional Help you can search our HelpDesk.

You can reach it by clicking on HelpDesk, in the main menu or in the footer.

Here you will find our Knowledge Base: it is full of articles like the one you are reading right now. Find them in the index or use the search tool.

HelpDesk widget

On all PicOnTrain pages you will find the Help button (bottom right of the screen). It opens a window where you will find the same tools of the HelpDesk. Type the terms you would like help about and the system will prompt you the most relevant articles.
